Password Locker and how to use the feature to reset your apps that have saved your information automatically. How to reset and save.

OK so I made a quick tutorial on how to reset your Password Locker. A Password Locker is, for example, if you use the you're wrong login information. Let's say you put some numbers down, and you try to save it, and you use wrong information. You click on Save. For example, I'm using Benchmark Universe app. I just double clicked on it, and the screen showed up with login information. It says username and/or password is incorrect. So when you close it, we will try to go ahead and open it again. It is only for those apps that have the key symbol on there. So it can remember your login information every time you login. And you still keep getting this error message that says username and/or password is incorrect. So the best way to reset the Password Locker, because this is your Locker. That's why it has a little lock on the corner. What you would do is close the screen. You will go to your picture, click, go to where it says My Profile, and where it says My Profile on the left side of this screen, you will see General, Themes and Colors, and Password Locker. Go ahead and click on Password Locker, and where it says Benchmark Universe that's the app that we were using. We'll go ahead and click Edit, and you should see where is says where it says Delete. Go ahead and click Delete. Are you sure you want to delete this Locker? Yes, that means it will delete the information that was saved. Once you click Delete go ahead and click Close. Go ahead and close the screen that says My Profile. Go ahead and go back to Benchmark Universe that was the app where I made the mistake and put the wrong info, and you will see that my name no longer shows up. It doesn't say Damien anymore, and the password field that was empty it would have worked for one, two, three, four, five, or six, seven or whatever password you use, abc123 or whatever password you may have put by mistake. So that's how you get rid of it, and be careful if there's any caps, and your name or if you hold the shift down by mistake or make sure that you type your information one letter at a time or one number at a time. So once it saves and you have the right information you should see something like this. Let me go ahead delete another. I deleted a Password Locker for School Dude. Same thing. A different Benchmark Universe, a different School Dude. So go ahead and put in my information And you'll see it's connecting, not really goes right through, and my login information was correct. Just another bit of information getting off the subject a little bit. Submitting tickets to me, click not maintenance, but IT Request. And those tickets will come to me. It also says my name on maintenance, but these tickets automatically go to Nick. Ok. So that's how you get your Password Locker. You make a mistake. Again one more time to say my School Dude information is wrong. Click on Profile, My Profile, Password Locker. I'll go to where it says School Dude. Click Edit, and Delete is down here when it was up there. I'll go ahead and click Delete. Are you sure you want to delete this Password Locker? Yes. So it's been deleted. Close the screen. Log back into the app that had your saved info, wrong, you saved the wrong information or correct information. You can go ahead and edit again. And you never have to login again if you do it right the first time and as always if you need my help or you need to review this video again slow you can go ahead and slow it down. You can pause it, forward, go back, do we need to do. For any other IT services you can go ahead and submit a School Dude ticket and I'll get to it as soon as I can.
